Mona Alsabeg

Mona AlSabeg, MSc, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Performance Management at SAB since January 2019. In addition to this role, Mona holds the position of Senior Corporate Culture Manager at the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee and serves as a Board Member at The Saudi Pentathlon Federation. A short-term assignment at HSBC as Head of Learning and Talent was completed in August 2023. Previous experience includes leading the Human Resources department at King Saud University, directing Public Relations and Media at the Female Center for Scientific and Medical Colleges, and managing public relations efforts at MOSAIC COMPANY. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University and a Bachelor's degree in English Translation, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
