Abdulrahman Aljohani

Abdulrahman Aljohani, Assoc CIPD L5, currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Saudi Paper Group since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the policy and procedures of the recruitment department and managing the recruitment budget and structure across all departments. Previously, Abdulrahman held positions as Recruitment Specialist at Thabat Construction and as a Recruiter at ماكسيموس الخليج - Maximus Gulf, where responsibilities included recruitment consulting and acting as business manager. Abdulrahman possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Labour Studies from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne and is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications.
