Naif A. Alansari

Naif A. Alansari has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2007, they started as an Acting Security Investigator at Petro Rabigh, where they worked until 2014. Later that year, they joined SABIC as an Administrator for a brief period. In 2014, they joined King Abdullah Port as a Security Manager and eventually became a Security & Fire Manager. Starting in 2019, Naif joined Saudi Payments, initially as HSS Manager and then moved up to Acting Head of Facilities Management and subsequently became the Head of Facilities Management. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Facilities Management, and in 2022, they are currently serving as the Senior Director of Facilities Management. Additionally, they have also been a member of IFMA since 2019.

Naif A. Alansari has a strong education background in business administration, management, and leadership. Naif A. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Jack Welch Management Institute between 2020 and 2023. In 2022, they completed the Leaders Program in organizational leadership at INSEAD. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in human resources management from King AbdulAziz University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in 2008, Naif obtained a Diploma of Education in industrial security from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. Naif A. has also acquired professional certifications, including the Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP®) from IFMA in 2021 and the Facility Management Professional (FMP®) from IFMA in 2019.
