Sulaiman al Fawaz

Sulaiman Al Fawaz has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Sulaiman is currently serving as the Senior Director for Procurement & Vendor Management at SAUDI PAYMENTS since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Saudi Downtown Company as the Head of Procurement from January 2021 to March 2023. From 2017 to 2020, Sulaiman held multiple positions at Riyadh Airports, including Director of Procurement and Contracts and Tendering Manager. Before that, they worked at Saudi Railway Company as a Senior Procurement Specialist and Procurement Specialist from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Sulaiman has experience as a Construction Engineer at Techint Engineering & Construction from 2011 to 2012. Sulaiman began their career at King Saud University, Riyadh, where they worked at the Center of Manufacturing Technology Transfer (CMTT) from 2010 to 2011.

Sulaiman Al Fawaz, CIPP/CIPM, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University. Sulaiman has also obtained various certifications including Certified International Procurement Professional/Manager (CIPP/CIPM) from IPSCMI in 2021 and certifications in negotiation, leadership, and purchasing from Meirc Training and Consulting in 2017, 2016, and 2014 respectively. Additionally, they have a certification in Effective Purchasing, Tendering & Supplier Selection from the Oxford Management Centre Limited in 2013.
