Asim al Sagr

Asim Al Sagr is an experienced professional in the railway industry, currently serving as the On-Board Operations Section Head at Saudi Railway Company since October 2018. In this role, Asim focuses on maintaining workplace competency through skill enhancement and quality assessments, while also training team members to achieve valuable outcomes. Previously, Asim worked as a Train Captain, responsible for supervising employees onboard and ensuring safety by alerting the control center to any hazards. Asim was recognized as the Best Project Winner in 2024 at Misk Leadership and is an alumnus of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship, as well as the University of Hail.
