John Urbanik

John Urbanik is an experienced Asset Management Advisor at Saudi Railway Company since November 2021, specializing in railway fixed infrastructure assets with expertise in whole life cycle asset management, optimization, and performance. Previously, John Urbanik held various roles at Network Rail from October 2006 to January 2022, including Route Property and Facilities Manager, where responsibilities included total facilities management for over 60 buildings, and Senior Asset Engineer - Buildings Management, overseeing a £250m asset renewal plan for Scotland's buildings. Additionally, John Urbanik served as a Building Surveyor, conducting condition surveys for over 1,000 properties, and started a career as a Project Coordinator at Serco from September 2001 to October 2006. Education was pursued at Glasgow Caledonian University and Glasgow Metropolitan College from January 2008 to September 2011.
