Meshal N. al Shaibani

Meshal N. Al Shaibani is currently serving as the Space Sciences & Research General Manager at the Saudi Space Agency since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director at the Strategic Management Office (SMO) with CEDA, and as an Advisor - Executive Director prior to that. Meshal has extensive experience with PwC as a Manager in Strategy & Operations and previously as a Senior Consultant focusing on government projects. Significant contributions were made at the Badir Program as a Business Development Consultant, managing innovative projects and overseeing various facets of project development. Earlier experience includes the role of TIC Assessment Manager at KACST, responsible for the assessment and management of technology innovation centers in Saudi universities. Meshal holds a Master’s degree in Wireless Communication Networks from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Marquette University, along with a Project Management certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
