Anwar Algawzi

Anwar AlGawzi is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Manager of Field Operation Provincial Centers at Saudi Telecom Company since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing WS Customer Services Operations. Prior roles at Saudi Telecom Company include IPTV work center supervisor, broadband work center leader, and SAC Manager, demonstrating extensive expertise in installation, repair, and customer service operations. Anwar also coordinated cultural change initiatives in the Makkah District and supervised projects related to wireless CDMA phones and Work Force Management. Anwar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, complemented by additional education from Udacity.
