Ayman Alshaer

Ayman Alshaer is an experienced professional in customer experience and loyalty management, currently serving as the Customer Experience & Digital General Manager and previously as the Loyalty Management General Manager at stc since July 2014. Ayman has held various positions, including Loyalty Programs Director and Customer Segmentation and Tamayouz Program Manager at Saudi Telecom Company from 2008 to 2014. Ayman's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from King Saud University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
