Bilal Raja has extensive experience in customer experience strategy, technology implementation, and IT management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Corporate Customer Experience Strategy and Platform Execution expert at stc since March 2015, Bilal has played a vital role in defining customer experience vision and strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives, and leading initiatives to improve customer and employee experiences. Previously, Bilal worked at Jazz (formerly Mobilink) for nearly a decade in various roles, including Assistant Manager IT Contact Center and IT Specialist Customer Care Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed managing contact center operations, IT infrastructure, and implementing technological solutions. Bilal holds an MBA from The University of Lahore and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hamdard University.
