Mohannad Alshiha

Mohannad Alshiha has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and government sectors. Currently serving as the Residential Growth & Order Management Enablement Section Manager at STC since April 2013, Mohannad has also held the roles of Customer Lifecycle Management Support Team Leader and Business Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a System Analyst at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia from November 2010 to April 2013, and as a Provisioning & Inventory Analyst at GO - Etihad Atheeb Telecom from October 2008 to November 2010. Mohannad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University, completed in 2008.
