Muhammad Abubakar Khan

Muhammad Abubakar Khan is a Telecom Cyber Security Consultant at stc since May 2022, specializing in Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing for 2G to 5G networks, with a focus on security assessments of protocols as per GSMA recommendations. Prior to this role, Muhammad held multiple specialist positions at Jazz from October 2015 to May 2022, including troubleshooting and optimizing network quality, providing technical solutions, and planning and implementing network optimization activities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Executive Engineer at Ufone, where Muhammad optimized network performance and resolved technical issues, and as an Executive Engineer focused on FCAPS functions. Muhammad began a career in telecommunications with an internship at PTCL in 2010. Muhammad holds a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from CASE, Islamabad.
