Rawan Alahmadi

Rawan Alahmadi, CIPD, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Talent Attraction Manager at stc since September 2022. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Management Specialist at the National Industrial Development Center, as well as a Recruitment Specialist and Senior Recruitment Analyst at stc from April 2020 to October 2021. Rawan's earlier experience includes serving as the Talent Acquisition Group Leader and Recruitment Executive at Tawuniya, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing talent acquisition processes and executing all recruitment phases. Rawan holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/CIPD Level 3 and a Bachelor's degree in English Language from Taibah University.
