Shatha Makki

Shatha Makki, PMP®, currently serves as GM of Academy Knowledge & Excellence and GM of Academy Business Enablement at stc since September 2022. Prior to this, Shatha held the position of Director of the Leadership School at stc academy from February 2020 to September 2022 and was the Building Capabilities Director at MonshaatSA from October 2017 to January 2020, focusing on entrepreneurship and human capital development. Experience also includes roles such as Engagement Manager and Project Manager at Eradah, and Senior Associate Project Manager for Human Capital Development at the Ministry of Labour - Saudi Arabia. Shatha has contributed to innovative projects for youth empowerment and has a background in e-learning, with experience at the National Center for E-Learning & Distance Learning. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Information System Management from Brunel University of London and a BA in English Literature from King Saud University.
