Ameen Kasir, FCA (ICAEW), currently serves as the Group Head of Compliance at Saudia Group Holding since May 2023, overseeing the governance, risk management, compliance, business continuity, and cybersecurity functions. Prior to this role, Ameen held various executive positions, including Executive Director of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Business Continuity at SAL Saudi Logistics Services and Executive Director of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance at Saudia Cargo. Ameen's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group, Alkhabeer Capital, and PepsiCo, with a career foundation in audit and risk management at Ernst & Young and KPMG UK. Ameen holds a Chartered Accountancy (FCA) from ICAEW and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Greenwich.
