Mohammed Alshehri

Mohammed Alshehri is an experienced Inflight Services Support Specialist at SAUDI AIRLINES since January 2016, responsible for conducting interviews and case management, performing audits, and ensuring high service standards within the cabin crew management system. Previously, Mohammed served as a Senior Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew member, where responsibilities included overseeing crew performance and ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction. In addition to aviation expertise, Mohammed contributes as an AI Language Training Contributor at Outlier since July 2024, assisting in training generative artificial intelligence models. Mohammad is currently pursuing an MBA in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at ITAérea Aeronautical Business School, having earlier earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from King AbdulAziz University.
