Diana Shipley

Diana Shipley currently serves as Vice President of Leasing at Saul Centers, Inc., a position held since August 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing leasing activities for grocery-anchored shopping centers and analyzing tenant sales performance to ensure asset stability and profitability. Prior to this role, Diana was the Director of Leasing at Carl M. Freeman Associates from June 2004 to August 2005, managing leasing activities for a diverse retail portfolio. Diana also co-founded Thor Equities in 2000, serving as Vice President until 2002, during which time property acquisition and development were primary focuses. Diana received education from Montgomery College.
