Alain Baudry

Alain Baudry is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Currently, Alain serves as a Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP since June 2019 and as Of Counsel at Kutak Rock since February 2017. Prior experience includes a partnership at Rosss Orenstein & Baudry LLC from March 2014 to January 2017, where Alain focused on major commercial disputes involving securities and indenture trustees. Additionally, Alain was the Chair of the Litigation Group at Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP from October 1988 to February 2014, overseeing litigation strategy and attorney development. Alain holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School (1987) and a B.A. from Haverford College (1982).
