Barry F. Levin

Barry F. Levin is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP since 2003. In this role, Barry provides outside general counsel to various public and privately owned companies, expertly navigating complex transactions and legal issues that impact ownership structures, finances, real estate interests, and employee relations. Barry also served as Managing Partner and CEO of the firm, overseeing operations across 16 offices and fostering client relations and business development. Previously, Barry held partnership positions at Siskind, Grady, Rosen, Hoover & Levin, P.A. and worked as an associate at Frank, Bernstein, Conaway & Goldman, and Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander.
