Evan Thomas Miller

Evan Thomas Miller is a seasoned legal professional specializing in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. Currently a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP since September 2023, Miller previously served as a Director at Bayard, P.A. from August 2009 to September 2023, where practice areas expanded to include commercial and corporate litigation as well as insurance regulations. Miller's legal experience includes an externship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and a summer law clerk position at Capehart & Scatchard, P.A., along with an internship in the Family Court of the State of Delaware. A graduate of Widener University Schools of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Miller also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg. Additionally, Miller co-authored the publication "Priming Setoff Rights" in the ABI Journal.
