Howard Berrington

Howard Berrington is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in business law, banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and litigation. Currently a partner at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP since 2017 and at Arnstein & Lehr LLP since June 2009, Berrington has focused on representing middle market closely held businesses and financial institutions. Prior roles include partner at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, where expertise in employment-related matters and corporate governance was developed, and partner at FagelHaber LLC. Berrington holds a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Chicago.
