Julie Workman is a seasoned real estate attorney with over 20 years of experience in real estate and land use law. Currently serving as a Partner at Saul Ewing LLP, Julie specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of commercial and residential projects from inception to completion. Prior experience includes partnerships at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC and Meltzer, Purtill & Stelle LLC, as well as roles at DLA Piper, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Ryland Homes, Gardner Carton & Douglas, and McDermott Will and Emery. Julie's expertise encompasses a range of areas including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, zoning, land use, development, and leasing. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Lawrence University.
