Kelly worked at Saul Ewing LLP, where they started as the Director of Business Development in 2015 and later became the Marketing Department Director. In these roles, Kelly led marketing and business development strategies, managed marketing professionals, and spearheaded revenue generation efforts through market research and client opportunity evaluation. Kelly was also the Chief Marketing Officer at Saul Ewing LLP, responsible for leading all areas of the Marketing and Business Development Department and presenting strategic objectives to the executive committee. Prior to joining Saul Ewing LLP, Kelly worked at Dechert LLP as the Director of Marketing Operations, where they managed department strategy, budgeting, and a team of marketing professionals.
