Julie M. is a seasoned urban planning professional with extensive experience in municipal and educational settings. Currently serving as a Senior Facilities Planner at Santa Ana Unified School District since September 2019, Julie M. manages substantial construction projects, conducting thorough revenue and cost analyses, while overseeing capital improvements and modernization efforts.
