Kevin Obillo

Kevin Obillo, Ed.D., has extensive experience in education, primarily with the Santa Ana Unified School District since November 2000, serving as both an Instructional Coach and a fifth-grade teacher at Lowell Elementary School. In these roles, Kevin has worked with diverse student populations, including English Learners and Special Needs students, while also coordinating Individual Education Plan meetings. Additionally, Kevin has contributed to high school athletics as a Girls Assistant Basketball Coach. Since August 2019, Kevin has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands, teaching STEM Methods in the School of Education. Prior teaching experience includes a position in the Tustin Unified School District where Kevin designed curriculum for various student groups and helped implement Year Round Education. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Elementary Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, all from Pepperdine University.
