Carys Atkinson, Associate RICS, has over 20 years of experience in the property, surveying, and valuation industries. Currently serving as the Lead Practitioner of Surveying Skills at Sava since January 2021, Carys focuses on supporting learners pursuing the Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation. Prior to this role, Carys worked as a Residential Surveyor Registered Valuer at Harwoods Property from June 2018 to January 2021, providing surveying and valuation services to private clients and lenders. Carys began a career in the industry at Michael Anthony Estate Agents in June 2000, progressing from trainee to sales, valuer, and manager over an 18-year period, demonstrating commitment and loyalty throughout this journey.
