Sharenda Birts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and outdoor advocacy. As Vice President and Director of Community Affairs at wildHERness since April 2020, Sharenda focuses on recruiting outdoor enthusiasts of all experience levels and fostering skill development through workshops. Additionally, Sharenda serves as a Pro Staffer for Alpen Optics and as a Brand Ambassador for Savage Arms Inc., collaborating with social ambassadors to enhance brand visibility. Involved with Fuel Company as an Arbitrator and Program Support Specialist, Sharenda also contributes content and product reviews to Women's Outdoor News. Active in the Powder Creek Ladies League and serving as a chapter leader with The Well Armed Woman LLC, Sharenda demonstrates commitment to women's participation in outdoor sports. Sharenda’s career includes over two decades at UMB Bank in various support roles.
