Emily Whitehead

Emily Whitehead has extensive work experience in the fashion industry, starting in 1997 as an intern at Zandra Rhodes. Emily then worked as an intern at MARILYN MOORE STUDIO LTD and Frankly Darling in 2003 and 2004 respectively. Emily joined Cardigan Ltd as an intern in 2004 and later became an Assistant Knitwear Designer in 2006. Emily worked as a Lingerie Designer at Agent Provocateur from 2007 to 2010, followed by La Senza from 2010 to 2012. Emily then worked at Juicy Couture as an Intimates Designer from 2012 to 2013 and as an Active and Sweaters Senior Designer from 2013 to 2016. Emily subsequently became the Girls Team Lead-Senior Designer at Juicy Couture from 2016 to 2017. Emily's most recent position is with Savage X Fenty: Lingerie by Rihanna, where they started as a Senior Designer in April 2017. Emily was later promoted to Design Director for Womens and currently holds the position of Senior Design Director for Womens & Mens.

Emily Whitehead's education history includes multiple academic institutions and a range of fields of study. Emily attended the University of Brighton from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a BA hons Fashion Textiles Design with business studies. Emily'sspecific focus within this program was on Knitwear. Prior to attending the University of Brighton, Emily spent the academic year 2001-2002 at the University of the West of England, where they completed a National Diploma in the field of Art and design.
