Jesica Wesley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jesica is currently working at Savage X Fenty as a Design & Merchandising Operations Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Lucky Brand as a Brand Manager, Licensing, where they managed the development, design approvals, and workflow for multiple categories across all business verticals. Jesica also onboarded new licensing partners and maintained daily communications with them. Before Lucky Brand, Jesica worked at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP as a Sr. Design Coordinator, Licensing, where they managed multiple licensing partners and design teams, created processes for licensing partners, and reviewed and provided approvals for their products. Jesica also worked as a Licensing Design Coordinator at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. Jesica's earlier experience includes working as a Touring Brand Manager as a consultant, and as a Manager, Sales + Digital at Fearless Records, where they strategized and executed marketing campaigns for various artists and managed digital distribution and relationships with retailers.
