Karla Martin

Karla Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including retail, technology, and law. Currently serving as Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, Karla leads the Global Retail Luxury, Fashion, and Apparel division while actively participating on the Impact Advisory Council at Athlete's Voices and as a Board Member for the Center for Reproductive Rights. Karla's previous positions include Chief Operations Officer at Inspired Luxe, Partner at WhiteSpace Partners LLC, and Director of Global Business Strategy at Google, where innovative strategies were developed and implemented across core businesses. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton and a litigation role at Shearman & Sterling LLP, following a clerkship at the United States Federal District Court. Karla holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School and an AB in Sociology and Economics from Harvard University.
