Cori Bavis

Cori Bavis has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. In 2004, Cori began their career at TD Bank Group as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for account management, consumer loan applications, and cross-selling products. They also took on light supervisory duties and served as a marketing liaison.

In 2009, Cori joined Sun Federal Credit Union as a Loan Officer, conducting interviews, processing applications, and granting consumer and mortgage loans. They also provided credit counseling and discussed loan options with members.

Cori then transitioned to Freedom Credit Union in 2014, where they first worked as a Consumer Loan Underwriter, evaluating and analyzing loan applicants' financial portfolios. They later took on the role of Consumer Lending Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and driving loan income through ancillary sales and other means.

In 2018, Cori joined Gold Credit Union as the Vice President of Lending. They led the consumer lending and collection teams, focusing on generating growth in loan income while keeping expenses low and delinquency under 1%. They also implemented process improvements and set department goals to meet company needs.

Cori moved to Dutka Designs in 2019, serving as the VP of Sales & Finance. In this role, they managed sales and finance operations, contributing to overall business success.

Cori then transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach in 2020, working as a Licensed Realtor. They assisted clients with buying and selling properties, leveraging their expertise in the real estate market.

In 2022, Cori joined Savana, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they are currently responsible for overseeing and managing projects.

In 2023, Cori plans to join Exceed Realty as a Real Estate Agent, continuing their career in the real estate industry.
