Sarah Weems is an experienced implementation analyst currently working at Savana, Inc. since August 2022, following a role as AVP/Banking Center Manager at Bank OZK from May 2021 to August 2022. At Bank OZK, Sarah managed and mentored over 15 employees across multiple markets, developed sales plans, and maintained performance metrics while ensuring compliance with security procedures.
