Amalia del Val Clemente has extensive experience in the legal field. Amalia is currently serving as the Head of Legal at Savana since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Asociado Senior at Deloitte Legal, specializing in Regulatory&Compliance- IP/IT and Data Protection, from February 2016 to May 2022. Amalia also worked as a Legal Counsel in the Legal Department at everis, where they provided advice on outsourcing processes and handled the negotiation and drafting of various agreements. Amalia was employed at everis from November 2015 to February 2016. Before that, Amalia worked as an Attorney in the Legal Department at Clarke, Modet & Cía. during which they provided legal advice on trademark and patent infringement matters, managed copyright infringement and piracy issues in the entertainment industry, and was involved in technology transfer negotiations. Amalia worked at Clarke, Modet & Cía. from November 2011 to June 2014.
