Natalia Iglesias de Amunategui

Natalia Iglesias de Amunategui has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Natalia began their career in 1988 as an Analyst-Programmer for Duro Felguera. Natalia then moved to Tecnología Informática Avanzada in 1989, where they worked as an Analyst. In 1990, they joined Empresa Municipal Informática - Ayuntamiento Palma de Mallorca as a Systems Analyst. In 1993, they became a Systems Engineer for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where they worked until 2010. From 1994 to 2000, they held various management positions at BASF IT Services, including IT Service Delivery Director, Organization Manager, and Project Leader. From 2000 to 2008, they were the Corporate IT Director and held other management positions at GTMotive - EinsaGroup. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Corporate IT Director at Grupo CEYD. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at LookWise Solutions. Most recently, they have been the VP of Technology at Savana since 2022.

Natalia Iglesias de Amunategui is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the Universidad de Murcia, with a research area in Artificial Intelligence, Foundation and Applications in Life Sciences and Engineering. Natalia also holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the Universidad de Murcia, with a focus on Intelligent Analysis of Omic Data and Biological Networks. Natalia has a MsC in New Technologies in Computer Science from the Universidad de Murcia, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence in Biomedicine, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science - Architectures from the Universidad de Oviedo. Additionally, Natalia Iglesias de Amunategui has obtained certifications in DevOps Professional from EXIN your ICT competence partner in January 2019, VeriSM Foundation from EXIN your ICT competence partner in September 2018, DevOps Generalist from the International DevOps Certification Academy, and Scrum Master from the Scrum Institute.org.
