Gil Lipkin

Gil Lipkin is a seasoned investment professional with a strong background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Savanna since May 2021, Gil has previously held various positions at Spandrel Development Partners, LLC, where roles included Associate, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, as well as a Graduate Analyst in Acquisitions & Development. Early career experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Mizuho from July 2019 to August 2020, as well as a Summer Analyst at the same firm in 2018. Gil received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and completed a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment at New York University. Academic foundations include a High School Diploma obtained from North Broward Preparatory School.
