Hari Nair serves as the CEO and Chief Design Officer at Design For Winning since May 2017 and has been a Professor of Industrial Design and Design Management at Savannah College of Art and Design since September 2017. With a prolific career, Nair is a Steering Committee Member for the Edison Awards and has held positions such as Board Member and Jury Chair for the Spark Design & Architecture Awards since September 2012. Nair's previous experience includes roles as Chief Design Officer and Global Director of Advanced Design Studio at Whirlpool Corporation, where significant contributions were made towards product innovation in Asia and globally. Nair also founded TechMediator, providing new media consulting to higher education institutions, and has held numerous leadership roles in institutions like Emerson College and Rhode Island School of Design. Nair earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Syracuse University and the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
