Mark Staples is a seasoned professional in the food service industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Food Services and Quality Assurance at Savannah College of Art and Design since July 2019, Mark previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Shaner Hotels from November 2018 to July 2019. Prior to that, Mark was the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Columbia Sussex Corporation from January 2006 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations. Mark began his career as the Executive Chef at Bridgewater Country Club from August 2004 to May 2006. Mark's education includes training from the New York Restaurant School.
