Mead McLean is a seasoned art educator and professional with extensive experience in both academia and studio practice. Currently serving as a Professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design, Mead also operates MEAD MCLEAN STUDIOS, producing over 300 instructional videos on painting and drawing methodologies. Previous roles include Lead Faculty and Department Chair of Art, Drama, and Humanities at Lone Star College, where Mead pioneered a remote learning art studio program, and taught various art courses at institutions such as Prince George's Community College.
