Stephen Stanley

Stephen Stanley is a seasoned filmmaker with extensive experience in directing, producing, and writing both narrative and documentary films, currently associated with Whiskey Stream Films since June 2005. In addition to filmmaking, Stephen serves as a Professor of Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design since September 2018, teaching various aspects of film production and the business of film. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Coordinator at the University of Central Arkansas from August 2016 to May 2018. Stephen's industry experience includes strategic partnership roles at Conduit Now, head of acquisitions and distribution at Ketchup Entertainment, and finance and distribution coordination at The Gersh Agency. Educational credentials include an MFA in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BA in French Language and Literature from Rhodes College.
