Alex Scott

Alex Scott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, Alex began working at Home City Ice as a Closer and later took on the role of Packager. In these roles, Alex had additional responsibilities such as acting as a shift-lead and developing custom pallet stacking patterns. In 2021, Alex joined Gulmay L.T.D. as a Warehouse Coordinator, where they established procedures and trained staff. The following year, Alex interned at Per Scholas and successfully completed the CompTIA A+ technician certification course. They also gained experience in troubleshooting and malware removal. In 2023, Alex worked at TEKsystems as an IT Support Contractor and at TaxAct as an Account Support Representative, assisting customers with account verification and resolving technical issues. Most recently, Alex joined Savant CTS as a Network Support Technician.

Alex Scott completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2015 to 2019. In 2022 to 2023, they attended Per Scholas where they obtained the IT Support - CompTIA A+ Certification with Valedictorian Honors. They also obtained the CompTIA A+ ce Certification in February 2023 from CompTIA.
