Amy Anthony

Amy Anthony has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as the Director of First Impressions at Bodyplex Fitness. In this role, they welcomed and managed relationships with clients and guests with authentic positivity, answered and directed calls to necessary departments, and monitored premises and maintained exercise equipment. In 2011, they became the Content Development Specialist at 2nd Half Lounge, where they wrote, edited, and proofread blog content, managed and oversaw company social media outlets and presence, and collaborated with the CEO to create new blog content. In 2013, they moved to The Impact Partnership as a Contract Specialist + Case Manager, where they reviewed and submitted contracts to insurance companies for clients, interacted daily with clients through multiple communication channels concerning contracts and cases, and ensured cases were handled with care and excellence in a timely manner. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Director of Hospitality at Anthony Residence, where they managed and oversaw operations systems and processes of residence, mentored associates in interpersonal communication and life skills, and maintained a positive working and living environment under pressure. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Savant CTS - We Make Everything Play Nice Together.
