Joe Jones has extensive experience in operations and technical support across various industries. Currently serving as IT Tech Support and Shipping Coordinator at Savant Learning Systems Inc. since April 2011, Joe oversees student tech support and the shipping of technology packages. Previously, Joe held the position of Operations Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from August 2002 to February 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing overall business operations. At GFS Canada from February 1998 to June 2002, Joe managed warehouse shipping, production, training, hiring, and safety protocols. Earlier in Joe's career, from May 1986 to 1998, Joe was a Store Manager at E.W. James and Sons, handling all aspects of store operations. Joe holds an Associate's degree in Security and Loss Prevention Services from Cornell University and an earlier education from UTM.
