Alan Graza

Alan Graza has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Alan started their career in 2007 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse II at Front Porch Community. Alan then worked as a Health Care Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living from 2007 to 2009. Alan joined Brookdale Senior Living in 2010 and held roles such as Health and Wellness Director and Dementia Compliance Specialist. Alan audited community files and resident charts for compliance with state-required dementia care plans and conducted investigations and root cause analysis. From 2017 to 2020, Alan served as the Regional Director of Quality Care at Westmont Living, Inc. In 2020, they became the Regional Health Services Director at Oakmont Senior Living. Alan then joined CogirUSA/Cadence Senior Living as the Vice President of Health and Wellness, where they worked from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of Health and Wellness at Savant Senior Living, starting in March 2023.

Alan Graza attended American Career College from 2006 to 2007, where they received training in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. Alan then attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1989 to 1990, studying Sociology and Music. Additionally, they studied Psychology and Accounting at Citrus College, but the dates of their enrollment are unknown. Alan has obtained several certifications, including a License Practical Nurse from the State of Nevada, Licensed Vocational Nurse in Arizona from the Arizona Board of Nursing, Licensed Vocational Nurse in California from the State of California Board of Vocational Nursing, and a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Administrator from the Department of Social Services.
