Ben Sabol

Ben Sabol started their career in 1999 as a Sergeant in the United States Army, where they quickly rose to the rank of non-commissioned officer and was responsible for training and developing their team. In 2005, they transitioned to a Public Relations Manager role at Northlich before joining Cleveland State University in 2008 as a Sr. Marketing Communications Manager. Ben later became the Director of Marketing Communications at the university from 2011 to 2013. Sabol then served as the Agency Director of Public Relations at Marcus Thomas LLC from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they worked as the Director of Global Brand and Communications at The Lubrizol Corporation from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they were recruited by GE Lighting, a Savant company, as their Director of Communications, where they developed and executed internal and external communication strategies. Currently, Sabol is serving as the Vice President of Communications at Savant Systems, overseeing all corporate communications and leading crisis communications, community relations, and executive communications.

Ben Sabol attended Cleveland State University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
