Charles Huber

Charles Huber has a diverse work experience in the fields of software engineering and cybersecurity research. Charles began their career in 2015 as an Intern at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, where they developed a Java application for making cyber agility decisions on a simulated tactical network. This work contributed to a decision support system for network defenders. In 2016, Charles joined Savant Systems as a Software Engineer. Charles'sresponsibilities and tenure at this company are unspecified. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they worked at Penn State University as a Collaborative Research Alliance Student Researcher. In this role, they focused on developing methods for detecting and replaying malicious packet streams on virtual hosts, using Python scripts to exploit ARP vulnerabilities and capture/replay malicious packets for attack regeneration.
