Tim Hayes

Tim Hayes has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim began their career in 2009 as a Tech Consultant at Staples, where they worked for two and a half years. In 2011, they joined KCD Software as a Tech Support representative for a brief period. Tim then transitioned to working in customer service as a representative for Sprint from 2012 to 2013. Tim then worked at Samsung Telecommunications America as a Samsung Experience Consultant, focusing on product demonstrations and highlighting the value of Samsung products. In 2016, they moved on to roles as a Lifestyles Consultant at Best Buy and a Product Specialist at Premium Retail Services. Tim's most recent position is as an IT Consultant at Savant Systems, where they have been working since 2019.

Tim Hayes attended Penn Foster from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science and obtained a highschool degree. In 2012, they obtained ASC Certification from Sprint.
