McShan

Clyde McShan has a extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. McShan, currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiative at Savantage Solutions since September 2017. Prior to that, Clyde worked as the Director at USDA from August 2015 to June 2016. McShan, also served as a Senior Advisor at Financial Management Services, Inc. from January 2007 to July 2015 and as the Program Manager of NASA Shared Services Center at CSC from October 2005 to December 2006. Clyde's previous roles include Executive Vice President at Savantage Solutions from March 2004 to October 2005 and Senior Vice President at ACS, a Xerox Company from January 1997 to March 2004. McShan, also held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Department of Commerce from January 1993 to January 1997. Clyde's longest tenure was as the Director of the National Finance Center at U.S. Department of Agriculture from January 1981 to January 1993, where they managed a center responsible for providing a wide range of financial management services to Federal agencies.

McShan, Clyde obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, where they studied from 1962 to 1965. McShan, further pursued their education at the same university, concluding in 1966, to earn a degree in Accounting.
