Richard Usmiller

Richard Usmiller has a diverse work experience starting in 1998 as a Salesperson at Alternate Training Solutions. Richard then worked as a Senior Training Specialist at Allegis Group from 1999 to 2002. From 2004 to 2011, Richard held the roles of Vice President of Human Capital and then Vice President of Business Development at Savantage Solutions. Following that, they joined Sysorex Government Services as Vice President of Business Development from 2014 to 2016. Richard then briefly looked for new opportunities before becoming the Business Development Manager for the Army at Optimal Solutions and Technologies in 2017. Later in the same year, they became the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Savantage Solutions, where they were responsible for sourcing and strategic recruitment efforts. Lastly, Richard recently retired in June 2021.

Richard Usmiller obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 1974 to 1979.
