Before Elsevier, Zach worked at Cintas in several positions, including Deep Clean Market Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, emphasizing project leadership and operational efficiency. Zach holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.
