Thomas Marino

Thomas Marino is a seasoned Certified Arborist at SavATree since December 1991, where responsibilities include managing a client base in Armonk, NY, developing Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Programs, organizing maintenance for historic trees, and training new Arborists. Prior to this, Thomas served as Program Director and Project Manager at International Paper Company from January 1977 to November 1991, focusing on Genetics and Tree Improvement for forest regeneration in the southern United States. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Tree Physiologist at Weyerhaeuser Company from January 1976 to January 1978, improving rooting methods for Southern pines. Educational qualifications include a Master of Forest Science in Tree Physiology/Pathology and Environmental Studies from Yale School of Forestry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Haven.
